To the “Original Mainstreet”
The Sauk Centre Area Chamber of Commerce would like to welcome you to the “Original Main Street”. Beautifully situated at the intersection of Interstate 94, Hwy 28, and Hwy 71. Making this an ideal location for business, residential, and activities of all sorts! We’d like to invite you to explore what our community has to offer: from coffee shops, boutiques, historic landmarks, hotels, bustling businesses, art and real estate.
Are you looking for a home? Build it here. Are you looking for somewhere to start your dream business? Build it here. You will be amazed at what you can build when you have a community wanting to provide the tools to help make that happen. If you are looking for a place to create memories, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to experience Sauk Centre. We are nestled amongst lakes, resorts, hotels, restaurants and nearby attractions. Our hearts are heavy for our local businesses and families effected by the May 11th fire in our historic downtown district. We want to thank the men and women of our emergency response crews (police, fire, ambulance) for their continued bravery and protection of our community. They run into danger to protect and serve our community. We are incredibly grateful that there was no loss of life. With that being said, there was however a huge impact to local businesses and displaced families that will be in need of our community support. We will do what we do best, that is to rally, collaborate, support, and serve. The Chamber will be partnering with the Sauk Centre Area Community Foundation, who has activated the Sauk Centre Area Response Fund, to support those directly effected by the fire. Gifts to the fund will stay local and help provide assistance where it is needed most. We will be working on business impacts and local nonprofit to support those displaced from their homes.Thank you for standing with our community during this difficult time.
