Press Brake Operator – 2nd Shift or Weekend Shift, Sauk Centre, MN

Standard Iron, a leader in contract manufacturing for over 90 years, is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in Sauk Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Position Details

• Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus a $1.50/hour shift differential.
• Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (4-day workweek) or
• Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (work 36 hours/get paid for 40!)

• Operate Press Brake Machines: Set up and operate press brake equipment to shape and fabricate metal parts.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication.
• Measure with Precision: Use tools such as tape measures, steel rules, height stands, and calipers to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain Quality: Follow Standard Iron’s quality standards and production guidelines.
• Lift Heavy Materials: Safely and effectively lift up to 75 lbs.

• 1+ years of experience operating a press brake machine in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality.
