Manufacturing Team Member – Skid Steer Attachments
Location: Sauk Centre, MN
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday Schedule

Messer Attachments, a growing family-owned manufacturer of skid steer attachments, is looking to direct hire a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our production team.

Press Brake Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including:
• CNC press brake
• Automated band saw
• CNC plasma table
• Overhead hoists and power hand tools
• Manufacture parts: bend, cut, clean, drill, and inspect components
• Read and interpret basic blueprints
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure parts meet required quality specifications
• Work safely and efficiently in a team environment

Press Brake Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to solve problems and follow instructions
• High attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently (most areas have overhead cranes)
• 2+ years of press brake experience preferred — but we will train the right candidate

Press Brake Machine Operator Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed
• No weekends!
