A certified mental performance coach and consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology who also comes armed with a PhD and Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, Cindra has worked alongside The Minnesota Vikings, USA Track & Field, and several Fortune 100 and 500 companies throughout her career.
She’s the author of the Amazon Best Seller, Beyond Grit, an award-winning speaker and host of the top-rated High Performance Mindset Podcast which has over 1 million+ downloads in more than 120 countries worldwide.
Cindra is a former high school state champion in the mile who received a full scholarship to run track and field for The University of Northern Iowa where she became obsessed with performance psychology. She’s lead one of the top master’s programs in the country for sport and performance psychology, is a member of the National Speakers Association and President of the Minnesota NSA chapter.
She’s also a wife and mother who leads by example, proving just what is possible when you put your mind to it. As impressive as her list of accomplishments can be, they are often overshadowed by her powerful story of grit, determination, perseverance, and success.
