\nCindra is a former high school state champion in the mile who received a full scholarship to run track and field for The University of Northern Iowa where she became obsessed with performance psychology. She&rsquo\;s lead one of the top master&rsquo\;s programs in the country for sport and performance psychology\, is a member of the National Speakers Association and President of the Minnesota NSA chapter.
