Taqueria Bravo is a popular mobile food truck based in Melrose and serving much of Minnesota, known for its authentic, flavorful Mexican cuisine made fresh and served with a smile. From street tacos and quesadillas to other crowd favorites, Taqueria Bravo has built a strong local following with its delicious food and warm hospitality.
In 2025, they expanded their presence by acquiring True North Marketplace, a full-service restaurant in Melrose that serves coffee, specialty drinks, and a complete breakfast and lunch menu. Visit the Marketplace to browse a variety of Minnesota made, farm to market gifts.
