Zolly’s Food Truck brings sweetness, creativity, and community spirit wherever it parks. Owned by husband-and-wife team Heather and Brian Zollman, along with help from their three kids, Zolly’s has become a beloved local favorite known for fresh mini donuts, boba drinks, iced coffee creations, hot chocolate, and occasional seasonal treats like caramel apple nachos. The Zollmans are well known in Sauk Centre for their warmth, positivity, and deep community roots, making every stop at their window feel like seeing old friends. Zolly’s can be found at many local events, including the Stearns County Fair, and is available for bookings from April through September. Their mission is simple: serve delicious treats, spread joy, and make every interaction memorable.
