Owned by husband-and-wife team Heather and Bryan Zollman, with help from their three kids, Zolly’s has become a beloved local favorite known for fresh mini donuts, boba drinks, iced coffee creations, hot chocolate, and fun seasonal treats like caramel apple nachos. The Zollmans are well known in Sauk Centre for their warmth, positivity, and deep community roots, making every visit feel more like catching up with old friends than ordering a treat. You’ll find Zolly’s at many local events, including the Stearns County Fair, and they’re available for private events year-round, from grad parties and celebrations to corporate gatherings and community events. During the food truck off-season, Zolly’s brings the experience indoors with boba lemonades and iced coffee options for indoor events. Their mission is simple: serve delicious treats, spread joy, and make every interaction memorable.
