J2Z Ranch & Exotics is a fully DNR permitted and USDA licensed exotic animal facility based in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. Owned and operated by mother and son duo, Julie and Joe. The ranch was built from a passion for working with exotic animals and a commitment to responsible ownership.

J2Z Ranch & Exotics specializes in raising and selling exotic animals and provides a trusted resource for individuals interested in exotic pet ownership. Their animals are carefully raised with high standards of care, and they prioritize ensuring that each animal is placed in a knowledgeable and prepared home. Animals that may be available include:
