In the past I have been a general manager for DME company, Executive Director for Bayada home care. Specializing in high tech pediatrics & regional executive director for another assisted living. I felt in our first bi-monthly newsletter that I addressed who & what we stand for. You need to have a servant’s heart to work at the facility. This means that there are other things in life bigger than self that you need to commit too. Our culture is values plus behaviors.
