I have been a professional freelance writer and photographer for over 40 years as a part time job. My specialty has been in travel and outdoor writing and photography, but I now do contract writing and photography work for agencies like the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and commercial photography for companies such as Black Oak Getty Wind Farm in Sauk Centre. Over the years, over 2,000 of my photos have been published in books, national magazines, web sites, posters and advertising. Over 350 of my articles have been published in Sunday Travel Sections in newpapers around the country. I am the author and photographer of four outdoor guide books: two each on Minnesota and Wisconsin. In short, I have a great deal of experience in both writing and photography for a number of outlets and would like to expand my work to assist Sauk Centre Chamber members promote their business!
