Pay: $19.85–$23.82 per hour

Tri-County Action Program (Tri-CAP) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our transit team as a full-time Bus Driver in Sauk Centre. This position plays an important role in safely transporting community members while providing friendly, respectful customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a bus on assigned routes while staying on schedule

• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers

• Assist passengers with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other devices, ensuring proper securement

• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections and report any concerns or defects to the Lead Driver

• Monitor and manage fare collection

• Complete required paperwork related to routes, operations, and passenger concerns

• Perform daily cleaning and basic bus maintenance

Qualifications:

• CDL with passenger endorsement and MN DOT medical exam card, or ability to obtain

• Ability to pass a DMV violations check and criminal background check

• Ability to comply with FTA drug and alcohol testing requirements, including pre-employment and random testing

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills and comfort using navigation technology

• Availability to work Monday through Saturday as scheduled
