Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance issues
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on Semi Trucks and other vehicles,
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and management
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions to resolve issues
Complete repair work in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Assist with facility improvement projects as needed
Comply with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills and general maintenance techniques
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
