In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our service department, ensuring our community’s farmers stay up and running. Whether you are an experienced tech or have a strong mechanical foundation and a willingness to learn, we provide the environment and training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and service tractors, skid loaders, hay tools, engines, and powertrains.

• Systems Tech: Work with advanced electrical systems and hydraulic components.

• Diagnostics: Utilize computers to access electronic service information and modern diagnostic software.

• Quality Control: Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards before returning to the field.

Qualifications
