    Winters Recreation is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Sales Assistant to support our Sales Representatives in managing customer relationships and driving sales success. This position plays a key role in ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish, helping both our team and our customers enjoy a seamless and positive experience.

    The Sales Assistant will be responsible for reviewing deal documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and processed correctly. This role also involves coordinating with both internal departments and external customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline efficiently. By keeping communication clear and timely, the Sales Assistant helps prevent delays and ensures customers feel valued every step of the way.

    In addition to document management and coordination, the Sales Assistant will support the sales team with daily activities such as scheduling, tracking sales leads, updating customer records, and following up on pending opportunities. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Compensation & Schedule: This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $21 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two Saturdays per month from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
