In-Home Personal Caregiver
Posted: 06/22/2025We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional care to individuals in their homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and promoting a high-quality lifestyle for our clients. This role requires a caring and patient demeanor, with a focus on providing personalized care and support.
Some responsibilities could include:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
- Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation
- Encourage social interaction and engage in conversation
- Assist with memory care and dementia care
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Document care activities and report any concerns or issues to managementNO EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM!

- Must be 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a home health setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
