Assistant- Community Life Assistant / Activities Assistant
Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our growing team!Fairway Pines, located in Sauk Centre Minnesota, was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023, making it an excellent place to work! You can find us just off Main Street, East of the Old Course Sauk Centre. We are only a few minutes away from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and much more! The team at Fairway Pines is creative, fun, and most importantly help our residents Age Magnificently!Shifts Available: Part Time 25 hours per week, including rotating weekends. 9am-4pm.

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
