Job Title: Finishing Professional
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Description
Our Finishing Department is an integral part of our manufacturing process. The finishing team plays a key role in ensuring all products meet quality standards before reaching the end user. This position involves preparing, sanding, staining, and inspecting cabinet components to ensure a high-quality finished product.

Responsibilities

Operate power sanders and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
Prep, sand, and inspect cabinet parts prior to finishing
Scuff and prepare components during the finishing process
Mix and apply stains, paints, and sealers using spray techniques
Read and understand part stickers, cabinet drawings, and material sheets
Set up and maintain finishing equipment
Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company procedures and safe work practices
Inspect and maintain equipment used in daily operations
Assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in finishing, sanding, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to safely operate machines and finishing equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to read and interpret basic production documents and drawings
Ability to lift and handle materials up to 75 pounds
