Compass Insurance Services, LLC is a full-service independent agency devoted to serving the insurance needs of individuals and businesses in Central Minnesota.  As an independent agency, we strive to provide our clients with the best combination of value and service.
 
Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensed
• Computer literate, including knowledge of agency management systems and proficient in Word and Excel

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, vendors, and clients

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize job tasks

• This is a salaried position with health benefits and bonus opportunities. 

• Hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
