Team Member
Pay: $12.45–$15.20 per hour
Location: Sauk Centre, MN

Tractor Supply is looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to support daily store operations and deliver a great customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced retail team.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases and product questions

• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system

• Stock, organize, and recover merchandise throughout the store

• Assist with freight, plan-o-grams, pricing changes, and product assembly

• Help load purchases for customers

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

• Care for in-store poultry and keep holding areas clean and sanitized

• Follow safety guidelines and complete required training

What we’re looking for:

• No experience required, training is provided

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the store for a full shift

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

• Ability to use equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and balers (where applicable and age-appropriate)
