Office Administrative Assistant/Travel Agent/Sales

Travel Agent:

We are looking to add to our team a person with a passion for travel! You will be responsible for promoting and learning all things travel! An enthusiastic individual that enjoys booking travel arrangements for others, including groups and business related travel.

Our ideal candidate would:

• Have a passion for travel and thrives on challenge!
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Ability to present, persuade, & communicate effectively
• Innovative marketing ideas
• Flexible and calm in crisis
• Social media skills a plus
• Dynamic and driven
• Travel industry experience preferred but willing to train
• Responsibilities include: Maintaining relationships with vendors and clients
• Maintain client travel records
• Organize travel from beginning to end
• Have a good ear, to hear what your clients are looking for and to research various destinations to fit your clients needs
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to accurately and effectively perform tasks, and relay travel details & itineraries.
• A desire to travel, see the world and help others see it too! Travel discounts will apply!
