Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
What makes a great Crew Team Member?
• Customer service skills to ensure customers have a positive experience
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food to the gold standard
• Works well with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Able to have great communication with employees and customers alike
• Keep the restaurant looking clean and inviting
• Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Digital skills and knowledge of the My McDonald’s rewards app

Essential Duties:
As a Crew Person, you may also be responsible for:
• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make
menu recommendations
• Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food
• Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant
environment
• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most
importantly, have fun!

Physical Demands:
• Must work a schedule that fits the restaurant needs
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out
• Use muscles to lift, push, pull and carry objects: occasionally up to 40 pounds and frequently up
to 10 pounds.
• Complete tasks, works positions with repetitive motions
• Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
