Join Heather Zollman from Yoga Mama'Z Studio for a relaxing and uplifting community yoga class in the cozy barn, surrounded by the beauty of nature at Guardian 4 Heroes Non-Profit at the entrance of the Eagle's Healing Nest property.
This gentle practice is designed for all levels and will include mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, and simple tools to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and connected.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome here.
