We will start with a short guided meditation\, create your sign and do a short\, gentle yoga practice while the signs dry. A perfect combination of breath\, movement and creativity! Wear cozy clothes\, bring a water bottle\, yoga mat and a friend...or come solo and meet some really cool people:) Fuzzy socks are not required\, but encouraged (no socks during yoga). You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed with a sign in hand! \n\n\n\nYou have a choice between these 2 signs! The "Trust the Journey" (12.5"x18") is pictured with a white background/brown frame. The "Accept" option (11.25"x16") is a distressed grey on top of black stain. These are the standard choices.
