DESCRIPTION:Join our Palmer House Tour Guide\, Sherry\, and learn about some of the historical background of our beloved Palmer including a brief Q&A in the Palmer Caf to be followed with a mini investigation of the basement. We will introduce you to The Palmer and her creation and living history as a hotel since 1901.\n\nWe will then take you down to the basement which is off limits to the general public for a "mini investigation" where you can experience what it is like to be on an investigation. Things will wrap up in the basement where you will be allowed to explore the rooms and take pictures. Tours typically last two hours.\n\nTickets to have this unique Palmer House experience are $50 + tax per person and is non-refundable under any circumstances.\n\nOur ghost tours have limited space\, so PRE-ORDERING is REQUIRED to reserve your place.\n\nCome learn a little of the Palmer's history\, experience the haunted basement\, and hopefully leave with some new friends and a few paranormal memories of your own.\n\nReserve your spot early we'd love to have you along!\n\nTours in the basement are with lights out. Not to be scary\, but to enhance your senses and reduce distractions. Minimum age limit for tours is 12. Children between 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.\n\n*** Tour participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to the tour. No alcohol or substance use will be permitted.
